Friday: With rare exceptions, no patients are seen on Friday. It’s a great morning for organization, catching up or getting ahead! Staff arrive at 8:00 and leave at 12:00.

Saturday: We treat patients once a month on Saturday morning. When we work a Saturday, we do not work at all the Friday before; ie: staff are off. Saturday morning is for working parents who appreciate our effort to come in on a weekend! Patients who break an appointment on a Saturday are rarely given another one. Staff arrive at 7:30. Patients are seen from 8-11:30. Buffer time is from 11:30 - 12:00 so that we all may leave promptly at 12:00.

*Buffer time is "catch up/clean up/get the last patient checked out" time. It insures that we get a full hour for lunch (we need that to have energy in the afternoon!) and that we are ready to go in the morning. We rarely run late because this buffer time is always there for the unexpected emergency.
